Returns
14-day return exchange policy if and only if you pay to ship both ways on the exchange if you made a mistake. If you bought the wrong physical connector, you pay, regardless of what the website states.
If we send you the wrong product or the connector is correct, and the product does not work, we will ship you the right product and a prepaid return envelope for the return.
Authorization for return must be obtained from us before returning any items.
Refunds
We accept items for refund within 30 days of purchase excluding special order, clearance or special sale items marked non-refundable in the product listing. Shipping is non-refundable. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Items not returned in resellable condition with the original packaging/accessories will not be eligible for a refund.
