Windows 10 and this cable are a must. No driver issues. I plugged the cable into my MAC running OSX Sierra 10.12.3. It worked perfectly with no additional drivers required. I loaded the Chirp program and the runtime program required to use it with the MAC and was able to download and upload from the Baofeng UV-82 radio within minutes. If you run a MAC and don’t want any hassles, buy this cable.
